captivated by the transformative power of beauty and skincare. This early

passion. Determined to pursue her calling, Hailee embarked on her professional
journey at Regency Beauty Institute, where she not only honed her skills in hair and
skincare but also graduated at the top of her class in 2012.

Driven by a relentless pursuit of excellence, Hailee didn’t stop there. In 2016, she
expanded her expertise by attending the National Laser Institute, earning her
credentials as a Certified Medical Aesthetician and Licensed Laser Professional. This
advanced training marked a significant milestone in her career, equipping her with
the knowledge and skills to operate at the forefront of aesthetic technology.
Today, Hailee is a key member of the vie d’elite Medspa team, where she continues
to pursue her passion for beauty and skincare. As our licensed Laser Safety Officer,
she specializes in cutting-edge treatments such as Laser Hair Removal, Skin
Rejuvenation, and Body Sculpting. Hailee’s philosophy centers on a personalized
approach to beauty, aiming to enhance each client’s unique features and promote
self-confidence through effective treatments.
